- Reconcile cash and card receipts at shift close, prepare deposits, and flag variances to ownership.
- Coordinate scheduling, communications, and issue resolution for client families across ongoing soccer programs and rotating events.
- Serve as primary on-site decision-maker during evening shifts: authorize refunds, resolve vendor issues, and escalate only when revenue impact exceeds manager approval threshold.
